External Wall Insulation, also know as EWI, refers to a process whereby Expanded Polystyrene (EPS), Phenolic Foam or Mineral Wool insulation boards, are fixed to the exterior walls of a building and then covered with a render system or cladding. In recent years, EWI Systems have grown rapidly in popularity due to their ability to greatly reduce a homes heat loss, whilst also providing a highly aesthetic appearance to the home.
