Delivery & Orders
How long does delivery take?
Most stocked products are delivered within 3/5 days.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver throughout mainland UK, different charges will apply nationally.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Collection is available from all 4 branches. Please contact us before travelling to ensure your order is ready.
Do you offer next day delivery?
Certain products and locations may qualify for next day delivery if local to one of our branches. Please contact us for availability.
Can I request a quote?
Yes, you can turn your cart/basket into an emailed quote at any time.
Stock & Availability
Are products shown online in stock?
We hold substantial stock of most products, however stock levels can change daily. Please contact us if you require exact quantities.
What does “To Order” mean?
‘To Order’ products non-stocked items and may have additional lead times.

What is HardieĀ® Plank made from?
HardieĀ® Plank is a fibre cement cladding board designed to provide the appearance of timber with minimal maintenance requirements.
Does HardieĀ® Plank require painting?
ColourPlusā¢ products are factory finished and do not require painting after installation.
Is HardieĀ® Plank waterproof?
HardieĀ® Plank is highly weather resistant and designed for external use when installed in accordance with manufacturer guidance.
How long does HardieĀ® Plank last?
HardieĀ® products are designed for long-term durability and are supplied with manufacturer warranties when installed correctly.
Can HardieĀ® Plank be installed vertically?
Standard HardieĀ® Plank is generally used horizontally. HardieĀ® VL Plank is specifically designed for vertical installation.
What is the difference between HardieĀ® Plank and HardieĀ® VL Plank?
HardieĀ® Plank is traditional lap plank, while HardieĀ® VL Plank features an interlocking profile for a more contemporary look.

Do you provide installation advice?

Do you have installation videos?

Many competent DIYers install cladding successfully, although professional installation is recommended.
